Happy Friday ATX! š¤ Itās National Cappuccino Day! Hit up your favorite coffee shop to support! We recommend Desnudoās East Austin location where you can enjoy the weather and the East Austin vibes.
I hope you are all enjoying daylight savings time, it caught me completely by surprise Sunday morning but I am loving the brighter mornings and darker evenings.
My band plays a show tomorrow night at Austin Garden & Studio. If you like country music, come check us out!

Best thing we ate this weekā¦ I donāt know if anyone has put you on game about Cabo Bobs yet, yes its a chain, but they are waaay better than Chipotle and they have been expanding their presence in Austin. They recently opened up a new location right by our crib in South Austin and I have been loving it. It gets BUSY at lunch so either expect to stand in line for 30 minutes, or place a to-go order if you donāt have time for that. My favorite things are the steak nachos and the fried fish tacos! Iām not kidding when I say itās far better than chipotle. If you disagree feel free to reply to this email so we can have a formal debate.
Pro tip: The Mint Sweet Tea is the bomb.

Most fun we had this weekā¦ With the change in weather we are finally back in the sweet spot for outdoor exercise here in Austin. I havenāt taken my bikes out in awhile so I decided to pull out my mountain bike and go for a ride that was half greenbelt, half paved bike trail.
The beauty of biking in Austin is that if you know your way around the trails and bike lanes, you can traverse across most of the main parts of the city without ever sharing lanes with cars. The mix of urban areas and swaths of greenbelt is one of the things that makes Austin so special in my eyes. Whether hiking or biking, get out there and enjoy it while the temperatures are perfect!

New Business that we want to tryā¦ Not exactly a new business but it opens tonight and is a time sensitive highlight so I think it fits here. The Creek Show is back from tonight until the 16th! If you havenāt been before, it is a dazzling creekside art/lightshow. Itās becoming an Austin tradition at this point celebrating itās 10th anniversary this year. That area is getting nicer and nicer with the new Amphitheater and I bet this will be the best year yet.
